Yoga in the sky

Last day of trip in Tokyo, I had the opportunity to attend a Yoga class in the hotel which I was staying.

The hotel, Daiichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort, held Yoga class once a month, on a Sunday morning.
Luckily I have stayed on that date.

The place is located at a restaurant on the highest floor and it have an amazing sky view.
The class was for beginners and is good in waking up your body and soul.

At the end of class, I get to experience the Japanese hospitality culture of OMOTENASHI.
The teacher distributed  wet tissues to all attendants who will then proceed to wipe the yoga mat they had just used. Its a considerate gesture for the next user to use the mat comfortably..

After that I went to Haneda airport to board the plane back to Singapore, and to start on the preparation for my pop-up shop the next day.

P.S.

I woke up early morning and took a picture of the sunrise.
