Yin Yang's Retreat Report Vol.1

Two weeks ago, around the time of full moon, Yin Yang's first retreat in Bali finally happened!

We are a yoga wear brand and our philosophy is "Harmony in Lifestyle". Therefore, we would like to share our brand philosophy to participants during this 7D5N trip. Although we are a brand based in Tokyo, we were able to attract participants from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa!

In this week's blog we will report on retreats in two parts. ♪

Day 1

We first arrived at the oceanfront hotel, "Balisani Suites" in Seminyak.

We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival as well as a relaxing massage!

The Mocktail was so refreshing and tasty!

This marks the start of our tropical experience.

In the following days,  we participated in daily morning yoga classes.

Listening to the sound of the waves crashing into the sand, feeling the breeze of Bali's fresh air brushing against our skin and immersing in the tranquil atmosphere, this is the epitome of "me-time".

Day 2

Slowly, everyone within the group became closer. Those who did not know one another before the trip became friends!

While eating breakfast, I was brainstorming for a design that I can use for the botanical dye workshop that was going to take place in a couple of days.

When there was no schedule planned, we went for shopping and massage, and of course, try our some of the local delicacies.

There are many posh restaurants in Seminyak.

The coconut water and quinoa salad were just so yummy! I was so full from eating the generous portion of salad.

Sunset yoga with Santi, Yin Yang's model and Yoga instructor. She guided us in breathing techniques as well as vinyasa flow.

She was such a lovely person♡

Next, we would be moving over to Ubud for the next part of our amazing journey!

☆☆☆ To be continued...
